Returns to normal operation all micro-controlled lamps and LEDs and displays hexadecimal values for ROM. This is used when requesting assistance from Ford hotline. If alternating flashes of FAIL and ROM level are displayed, replace instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
