Hybrid Electronic Cluster Self-Diagnostics Modes: "dEGC"

Displays last coolant temp input in degrees of Celsius to instrument cluster. Coolant temperature gauge will indicate present coolant temperature. Displays 49 C= cold, 60 C= normal start, 120 C= normal end, 119 C= temperature warning indicator ON, "-40" C= no SCP message for 5 seconds. If value displayed is -40°C, and SCP message for engine temperature has not been received for more than 5 seconds, go to TEST E: TEMPERATURE GAUGE INACCURATE  under SYSTEM TESTS.
