Fault Detection

The low idle engine speed is between 600 and 750 RPM. The EGR valve position is greater than.08 volts. The mass fuel desired (MFDES) is between 4 and 16mg/stk, at low idle for a minimum of 30 seconds. No EP, BAP, MAP, pressure signal, IAT, IAT2 temperature signal, VDF fan P0480, or EGR related faults. Fault condition: IAT2 exceeds a calibrated temperature for more than 30 seconds, based on IAT temperature.

NOTE: Visually inspect the harness connectors for corrosion, damage, proper mating, and correct pin tension.
