Air Induction Systems: Supercharger: Installation

Using new gaskets and bolts, install charge air cooler. Install upper intake manifold and 4 rear bolts loosely. Connect vacuum hose and charge air cooling hoses to upper intake manifold. Install supercharger and plenum. Torque bolts in 2 steps. See Fig 1. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Fill and bleed charge air cooling system.
