Water Pump: Installation

- Clean gasket surfaces and bolt threads. Install water pump gasket and water pump and tighten to specification. See, in this article, TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Fill and bleed air from cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING . Start engine and check for coolant leaks.
