Removal & Installation: Engine: Installation

To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Check and top off all engine fluids. Fill and bleed air from cooling system. See, in this article, COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING . Evacuate and recharge A/C system (if equipped).
CAUTION:
Before starting engine, prime entire engine lubricating system to fill oil cooler, oil filter and cylinder block galleries to prevent piston and bearing scuffing.
