Pinpoint Test T - Instantaneous Or Average Fuel Economy Always Indicates Zero Miles/Gal Or 99 Miles/Gal

  1. If speedometer operates correctly, go to next step. If speedometer does not operate correctly, go to PINPOINT TEST L  .
  2. Inspect Orange/Light Green wire between PCM and instrument cluster connector C1, for continuity to ground. If continuity is present, repair circuit short to ground. If continuity is not present, go to next step.
  3. Inspect fuel delivery system for correct operation. Repair or replace as necessary. If fuel system is okay, replace instrument cluster.
