Pinpoint Test Hd - Ride Control/Air Suspension Warning Always On
- If air suspension operates correctly, go to next step. Repair system if defective. See SUSPENSION - REAR ELECTRONIC AIR article in SUSPENSION section.
- Turn ignition off. Unplug connector from air suspension module, located on right side of trunk. Turn ignition on. If warning still appears, go to next step. If warning no longer appears, service air suspension module.
- Turn ignition off. Unplug connectors from EIC. Inspect Dark Green/Light Green wire for continuity between EIC connector C254 terminal No. 9 and air suspension module. See Figure . Repair as necessary. If continuity exists, replace EIC.
- Perform step 4) of PINPOINT TEST HA . If all voltages are as specified, go to next step. Repair appropriate wire if voltages are not as specified.
- Turn ignition off. Unplug connector from air suspension module. Connect jumper wire from harness connector pin No. 11 (Dark Green/Light Green wire) to ground. Turn ignition on. Observe cluster. If warning is not on, go to next step. If warning indicator is on, service air suspension module.
- Remove jumper wire. Inspect Dark Green/Light Green wire for continuity between EIC connector C254 terminal No. 9 and air suspension module. Repair as necessary. If continuity exists, replace EIC.
