Camshaft Front Seal

  1. Remove timing belt and camshaft sprocket. See TIMING BELT  in this article. Pry seal from cylinder head. Use care not to damage seal surfaces.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Coat seal lip with engine oil. Using Seal Installer (T81P-6292-A), install seal. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table at end of article.
