Water Pump: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. If replacement pump is being installed, install belt tension components on new pump.
  2. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table at end of article. Fill cooling system with Ford Coolant (E2FZ-19549-AA).
