Temp/Oil Gauge Inoperative, Pointer Does Not Move

Verify temp/oil gauge is inoperative. If pointer does not move, go to next step. If pointer moves, go to TEMP/OIL GAUGE INACCURATE test.
Check power to cluster by turning ignition on. Observe all other gauges and warning lights for proper operation. If necessary, use voltmeter to check voltage at "B+" terminal of cluster connector.
If other gauges and warning lights operate properly (voltage is present at cluster), go to TEMP/OIL GAUGE INACCURATE test. If other gauges and warning lights do not operate properly (no voltage at cluster), repair wiring in power circuit.
