Fuel Computer Module Will Not Switch Between English & Metric

Verify that English/Metric function is operating properly in speedometer/tachometer module. If okay, go to next step. If not, perform SPEEDOMETER & ODOMETER WON'T SWITCH BETWEEN ENGLISH & METRIC test.
Remove instrument cluster. Check continuity between pin "15A" and pin "4C". If okay, replace fuel computer module. If not, repair wiring in circuit as required.
