Instrument Cluster: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove lower trim covers. Remove steering column cover. Disconnect shift indicator cable from steering column. Remove cluster trim panel.
    NOTE: Switch module must be disconnected from instrument cluster to remove trim panel.
  2. Remove 4 instrument cluster attaching screws. Pull bottom of cluster toward steering wheel. Reach behind cluster and disconnect wiring harness (3 connectors). Swing bottom of cluster out to clear top pad. Remove instrument cluster.
