Cooler And Hoses, Charge Air: Installation

1. Set the left cooler (3) and hose into position with the duct (1) installed.
2. Install the bracket bolt (2).
3. Tighten bolt to 18 N.m (13 ft. lbs.).

4. Set the right cooler (3) and hose assembly into position with the duct (2) installed.
5. Install the bracket bolt (1).
6. Tighten the bolt to 18 N.m (13 ft. lbs.).

7. Snap the left hose quick connect onto the tube (1). Pull back on the hose end of the connector to ensure the connections are fully seated.

8. Snap the right hose quick connect onto the tube (1). Pull back on the hose end of the connector to ensure the connections are fully seated.

9. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, INSTALLATION .
