Console, Floor: Removal

Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
Remove the shifter bezel. Refer to BEZEL, SHIFTER, REMOVAL .

Use a trim stick or equivalent to remove both left and right console side covers (1).

Remove the cup holder (1a) from the console.

Remove the trim (1a) from the parking brake (1b) releasing the inner retainer clips (1c).
Remove the screw in the shifter area (2a).
Remove the screws in the cup holder (3a).

Remove front screws (1b) from both sides of the console (1a).

Use a trim stick or equivalent and remove the rear console cover (1a).
Disconnect the USB wire harness connector (2a).

Disconnect the wire harness connector from console (1a).
Remove the rear covers (2a) from both sides of the console and remove the mounting screws (2b).
Lift the floor console and remove from the vehicle.

If console mounting bracket is necessary to replace disengage wire harness (1b) from retainers (1a).
Remove nuts (2a) and remove mounting bracket (2b).
