Malfunction Conditions for Check 1

The failure is detected if the 1st gear is not disengaged.

Malfunction Conditions for Check 2

The failure is detected if the 4th gear is not disengaged.

Malfunction Conditions for Check 3

The failure is detected if the 5th gear is not disengaged.

Malfunction Conditions for Check 4

The failure is detected if the 2nd gear is not disengaged.

Malfunction Conditions for Check 5

The failure is detected if the 3rd gear is not disengaged.

Malfunction Conditions for Check 6

The failure is detected if the shadow gear position is not disengaged. The shadow position corresponds to the actuator position where the 6th gear is not engaged and the intermediate neutral position is not the actual actuator position.

Malfunction Conditions for Check 7

The failure is detected if the Reverse gear is not disengaged.
