Malfunction Criteria for Circuit Leakage with All Electrovalves Switched Off

This diagnostic checks for excessive leakage in the hydraulic circuit with all the electrovalves switched off. The failure is detected if both the following conditions are true for a number of times greater than a calibratable threshold in a trip: The Hydraulic Pump Overheating Diagnostic has failed AND The leakage estimated by the TCM for a defined amount of time is less than a calibratable threshold.

Malfunction Criteria for Odd Clutch Electrovalve Leakage During Regulation

This diagnostic checks for excessive leakage in the hydraulic circuit. The failure is detected if both the following conditions are true for a number of times greater than a calibratable threshold in a trip: The Hydraulic Pump Overheating Diagnostic has failed AND the difference between the leakage estimated with the odd clutch electrovalve switched on and the one estimated with the odd clutch electrovalve switched off (both of them measured by the TCM for a defined amount of time) is greater than a calibratable threshold.

Malfunction Criteria for Even Clutch Electrovalve Leakage During Regulation

This diagnostic checks for excessive leakage in the hydraulic circuit. The failure is detected if both the following conditions are true for a number of times greater than a calibratable threshold in a trip: The Hydraulic Pump Overheating Diagnostic has failed AND the difference between the leakage estimated with the even clutch electrovalve switched on and the one estimated with the even clutch electrovalve switched off (both of them measured by the TCM for a defined amount of time) is greater than a calibratable threshold.

Malfunction Criteria for Gate Select Electrovalve Leakage During Regulation

This diagnostic checks for excessive leakage in the hydraulic circuit. During each gear shift, a self-tuning of the gate select electrovalve is performed. The failure is detected if the following condition is true for a number of times greater than a calibratable threshold in a trip: The leakage estimated during self-tuning is greater than the estimated oil flow from the accumulator.
