Test 49A - Worn Out/Burnt Transmission Fluid (DTC 73)
NOTE:
Perform TEST 2A
before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION

. Perform VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A
after each repair.
CAUTION:
Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
Remove transaxle dipstick and inspect fluid. Replace as needed. Visually inspect for vehicle wheels that are extremely misaligned. Correct as necessary. If fluid and wheel alignment are okay, DTC may be set by internal transmission problem.
