Set Condition

A failure is detected if one of the following occur:
- Undefined output signal of the Park Pawl Sensor (Pin 1 = 0, Pin 2 = 0)
- Sensor signal in the intermediate position for longer than a calibrated amount of time (Pin 1 = 1, Pin 2 = 1)
