The Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM) 2 loses the ability to detect short circuits, output state, over voltage, and thermal runaway. When this DTC is set; The FPCM 2 will continue to run the Fuel Pump Module in the normal mode at the duty cycle commanded by the PCM. This is an internal FPCM 2 fault.
