TENSIONER, Belt: Installation: 5.7L/6.4L

  1. Align locator tang on tensioner with slot in front cover.
  2. Install tensioner and mounting bolt (3) to front cover. Tighten bolt to 41 N.m (30 ft. lbs.).
  3. Install accessory drive belt. Refer to 5.7L/6.4L 
  4. Install the air intake system. For 5.7L Engines, Refer to INSTALLATION . For 6.4L Engines, Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, INSTALLATION .
  5. Connect the negative battery.
