NOTE:
When installing the accessory drive belt onto the pulleys, be certain that the belt is properly routed and all V-grooves make proper contact with the pulleys.
- Position the drive belt (1) over all pulleys except for the water pump pulley (7).
- Rotate the tensioner clockwise and slip the belt (1) over the water pump pulley.
- Gently release the tensioner.
- Install the air intake tube between intake manifold and air filter assembly.
