DECKLID/Hatch/Liftgate/Tailgate/Swing Gate: Spoiler: Installation

1. Lift spoiler (2) into place and pivot towards the front of the vehicle.
2. Feed the washer solvent and electrical connectors through there access hole in vehicle.
3. Lower spoiler into position.
4. Install the nuts (5) tighten 4.5 N.m (40 in. lbs.).

5. Install the liftgate trim panels (2). Refer to PANEL, TRIM, INSTALLATION .

6. Position the wire connector and washer hose back through the vehicle header (1) and seat the grommet fully.
7. Connect the electrical connector and washer hose (2).

8. Check to be certain that the fasteners are properly installed and in good condition on the inside of the trim panel.
9. Connect the courtesy light (2) electrical connector, if equipped.
10. Install upper headliner trim (3) and seat the clips fully.
11. Check for proper alignment.
