Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner - Installation






5.7L/6.4L





1. Align locator tang on tensioner with slot in front cover.
2. Install tensioner and mounting bolt (3) to front cover. Tighten bolt to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
3. Install accessory drive belt Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Installation.
4. Install the air intake system Air Cleaner Body - Installation.
5. Connect the negative battery.
