Door Glass: Installation

  1. Slowly lower glass into door.
  2. Position glass in regulator arm.
  3. Install front glass run channel. (Refer to BODY/DOOR-FRONT/GLASS RUN CHANNEL-INSTALLATION  )
  4. Install nuts attaching glass channel to regulator arm and tighten to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs.).
  5. Ensure glass is aligned in run channels and tighten run channel bolts to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs.).
  6. Install outer door belt weatherstrip. (Refer to INSTALLATION )
  7. Install inner door belt weatherstrip. (Refer to INSTALLATION )
  8. Reposition the water dam.
  9. Install door trim panel. (Refer to BODY/DOOR-FRONT/TRIM PANEL-INSTALLATION  )
