Installation (3.9L & 5.9L)

To install, reverse removal procedure. Apply a small amount of fresh engine oil to CKP sensor "O" ring. Using a slight rocking action, lightly push CKP sensor into block. DO NOT twist CKP sensor during installation or "O" ring may be damaged. Tighten CKP sensor retaining bolts and wheel lug nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
