Installation (3.9L & 5.9L)

- Clean the mating surfaces of the throttle body and the intake manifold. Install new throttle body-to-intake manifold gasket. Install throttle body to intake manifold.
- Install 4 mounting bolts. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install control cables. Install vacuum line to throttle body.
- Install electrical connectors. Install air duct at throttle body.
