Diagnostic Procedure

CARGO LAMPS INOPERATIVE - DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE
| TEST | ACTION |

| 1 | Turn the ignition off. Disconnect the Headlamp Switch harness connector. Connect a jumper wire from the Cargo Lamp Switch Sense Circuit and ground. Do the Cargo Lamps come on?

| 2 | Turn the ignition off. Disconnect the Headlamp Switch harness connector. Connect a jumper wire from the Headlamp Switch Output Circuit and ground. Do the Cargo Lamps come on?

| 3 | Turn the ignition off. Disconnect the Headlamp Switch harness connector. Disconnect the Central Timer Module harness connector. Measure the resistance between the Cargo Lamp Driver Circuit and ground. Is the resistance below 100.0 ohms?

| 4 | Turn the ignition off. Disconnect the Headlamp Switch harness connector and remove the Headlamp Switch. Turn the Headlamp Switch off. Turn the Courtesy Lamp Switch off. Measure the resistance between the Interior Lamp Defeat Circuit and the remaining Headlamp Switch connector terminals. Measure the resistance between the Cargo Lamp Switch Sense Circuit and the remaining terminals. Is the resistance below 100.0 ohms for any of the measurements?
