Fuel Mean Value Adaptation Initialization

From the "Home" screen, select "ECU View"
- Select "PCM/ECM"
- Select "Misc. Functions"
- Select "Fuel Mean Value Adaptation Initialization" and follow the on screen instructions.
- When complete, select "Finish"
