Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
(K89) O2 SENSOR 1/1 PUMP CELL CURRENT SUPPLY CIRCUIT OPEN/HIGH RESISTANCE
OXYGEN SENSOR
SMART O2 SENSOR MODULE

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE - 6.7L  .
