Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
CHARGE AIR COOLER TEMPERATURE SENSOR
CHARGE AIR COOLER FINS BLOCKED FROM DEBRIS
COOLING FAN FAULTY

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE - 6.7L  .
