Possible Causes

Possible Causes
IN-RUSH CURRENT RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
IN-RUSH CURRENT RELAY (ICR) STUCK CLOSED
IN-RUSH CURRENT CONTROL RELAY STUCK CLOSED
POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER (PDC)

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  STANDARD PROCEDURE  .
