Possible Causes

COOLANT TEMP DTCS
EGR VALVE DTCS
ENGINE OR FUEL MODIFICATIONS THAT EXCEED OEM SPECIFICATIONS
FUEL SYSTEM DTCS
EGR TEMPERATURE SENSOR
EGR COOLER FOULING
