Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
(K44) CMP SIGNAL CIRCUIT OPEN/HIGH RESISTANCE
(F857) 5-VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT OPEN/HIGH RESISTANCE
(K916) SENSOR RETURN CIRCUIT OPEN/HIGH RESISTANCE
(K44) CMP SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
(K44) CMP SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO THE (F855) 5-VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT
(K44) CMP SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO THE (K916) RETURN CIRCUIT
(K44) CMP SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
FAULTY FUEL INJECTOR
CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE - 6.7L  .
