Valve, Fuel Pressure Limiting: Installation

- Be sure both end of manifold and limiting valve mounting area are clean.
- Lubricate O-ring on pressure limiting valve with fresh diesel fuel. Also lubricate threads with fresh diesel fuel.
- Install the fuel pressure limiting valve (1). Tighten the valve to 100 N.m (74 ft. lbs.).
- Install the intake manifold (2). Refer to INSTALLATION .
- Start engine and check for leaks.
