Guide, Sunroof, Glass: Installation

- Insert the front foot of the glass guide (1) into the track assembly and slide it forward until it sits into the locking lever (2).
- Slide the glass guide/guide carriage assembly (1) forward until the locking tab (3) it fully engaged into the notch (2).NOTE:
The guide carriage assembly should move together with the glass guide. If the guide carriage assembly does not move with the glass guide, repeat the alignment procedure in step 1.
- Install the drain channel arms (2) into the mechanism holes (1) one at a time.CAUTION:
Do not push the guide arms at the same time or you could break the guide mechanism. Do not use excessive force to install.
- Connect the negative battery cable and turn the key to the accessory run position.
- Cycle the mechanism through all the functions to verify proper operation.
- Install the sunroof glass. Refer to GLASS, SUNROOF, INSTALLATION .
