DECKLID/Hatch/Liftgate/Tailgate/Swing Gate: Latch: Installation

- Loose assemble the latch (2) to the tailgate.
- Install the cable and anchor bolt (4) to the latch.
- Install the bolt (1) securing the latch (2).
- Tighten the fasteners to 23 N.m (17 ft. lbs.).
- Install the actuator rod (3) and secure the clip (1) fully.
- Install the tailgate cover. Refer to COVER, TAILGATE, INSTALLATION .
