Cooler, Power Steering: Removal: Diesel

  1. Remove the grille. Refer to GRILLE, REMOVAL .

  2. Remove the three push-in fasteners (1) and position aside the right air deflector (2).

  3. Remove the three push-in fasteners (1) and position aside the left side air deflector (2)

  4. Remove the four A/C Condenser Bolts (1).

  5. Position the A/C condenser (1) forward away from the power steering cooler (2).

  6. Compress both power steering hose clamps (1) and disconnect both power steering hoses from the cooler.

  7. Remove the four power steering cooler mounting bracket bolts (1).
  8. Remove the power steering cooler.
