Diagnostic Test

  1. ANTI-LOCK BRAKE MODULE INTERNAL CONDITION 
    1. The Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) Module is reporting internal errors.
      NOTE:

      Before continuing, check the Anti-lock Brake Module harness connector terminals for corrosion, damage, or terminal push out. Repair as necessary.

    2. Using the schematics as a guide, inspect the wire harness and connectors. Pay particular attention to all Power and Ground circuits.
    3. Perform any Technical Service Bulletins that may apply.

      Were there any problems found?

      Yes 

      No 

      • Replace the Anti-lock Brake Module in accordance with the Service Information.
      • Perform the ABS VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to ABS VERIFICATION TEST  .
