Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
(N201) LOW/HIGH RAD FAN RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE
(N201) LOW/HIGH RAD FAN RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND
(A935) FUSED B+ CIRCUIT OPEN
(A935) FUSED B+ CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND
LOW/HIGH RAD FAN CONTROL RELAY
TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE (TIPM)

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Powertrain Control (PCM) - Standard Procedure  .
