Duct-Instrument Panel Demister: Installation

NOTE: Driver side demister duct shown in illustration. Passenger side demister duct similar.

  1. Position the demister duct(s) (2) to the top of the instrument panel (3).
  2. Connect each demister duct to the defroster duct (4), as required.
  3. Install the four screws (1) that secure each demister duct to the instrument panel, as required. Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (17 in. lbs.).
  4. Install the instrument panel top cover, (Refer to BODY/INSTRUMENT PANEL/COVER-INSTRUMENT PANEL TOP - INSTALLATION) .
