Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
(F950) RUN-START RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE
(F950) RUN-START RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)
