- Clean all sealing surfaces.
- Install water pump (1) and gasket. Tighten mounting bolts to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
- Install timing chain guides and timing chain (Refer to ENGINE/VALVE TIMING/TIMING BELT/CHAIN AND SPROCKETS - INSTALLATION) .
- Install the accessory drive belts (Refer to COOLING/ACCESSORY DRIVE/DRIVE BELTS - INSTALLATION) .
- Install the radiator fan assembly (Refer to COOLING/ENGINE/RADIATOR FAN - INSTALLATION) .
- Fill cooling system (Refer to COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
