Exterior Handle: Removal

  1. Remove the trim panel from the inside of the rear door. (Refer to BODY/DOOR - REAR/TRIM PANEL - REMOVAL) .
  2. Remove the watershield from the inside of the rear door. (Refer to BODY/DOOR - REAR/WATERSHIELD - REMOVAL) .
  3. Remove the door glass channel and bracket from the inside of the rear door. (Refer to BODY/DOOR - REAR/GLASS RUN CHANNEL - REMOVAL) .
  4. Remove the latch from the inside of the rear door. (Refer to BODY/DOOR - REAR/LATCH - REMOVAL) .
  5. Remove the three screws (2) from the inside of the door that secure that exterior handle (1) to the door.
  6. Remove the handle from the outside of the door.
