Section 15 (2.7L Engine (Service Information)): Mount-Left: Removal

Disconnect negative battery (1) cable located in trunk.

Remove air cleaner housing (3) (Refer to ENGINE/AIR INTAKE SYSTEM/AIR CLEANER HOUSING - REMOVAL) .
Raise vehicle.

Remove lower splash shield retaining bolts (1) and splash shield (2).

Remove engine mount nuts (1).
Remove engine mount studs (1) from the left mount isolator.
Place a block of wood under the oil pan (4) and raise engine with suitable jackstand.

Remove engine mount isolator (1) to engine mount adapter (2) bolts.
