Seat Cushion: Removal

  1. Remove the seat. See REMOVAL .
  2. Remove the bolt (2) on the front seat (1) to the frame (3).

  3. Remove the panel (2).

  4. Pull the two expanding anchors (2) out of the front left and right bearing brackets (1).

  5. Remove the bearing brackets (1) from the seat cushion (2).

  6. Disconnect the heated seat cushion from the 4-pin connector if equipped.
  7. Lift the seat cushion at the front and remove from seat frame (2), then remove the two springs (1) on the rear of the seat frame. These components are not replaceable separately from the seat cushion foam. When replaced as an assembly, the complete service kit (seat cushion, bladder/sensor, OCM, and new wiring harness) MUST be used. See  REMOVAL  .
