Shift Crossover Lever: Removal

1 - CROSSOVER LEVER

2 - CROSSOVER CABLE

3 - SELECTOR CABLE

4 - SELECTOR LEVER

Disconnect crossover cable (2) from crossover lever (1) and cable bracket. Refer to REMOVAL under GEAR SHIFT CABLE . See Fig 1.
Using a pin punch, remove the crossover roll pin from lever (4).
Pull up and remove the crossover lever (4) from the transaxle crossover shaft.
