Wiper Motor Assembly: Installation

  1. Connect wire connector at motor.
  2. Connect harness clip to the forward mounting leg.
  3. Place assembly into position, install the two mounting bolts, and tighten the mounting bolts to 10 to 12 N.m (89 to 106 in. lbs.) torque.
  4. Install the cowl screen.
  5. Install the wiper arms and blades.
  6. Connect the battery negative remote cable.
  7. Verify vehicle and system operation.
  8. If necessary, adjust wiper arms (Refer to ELECTRICAL/WIPERS/WASHERS/WIPER ARMS - ADJUSTMENTS) .
