Chrysler Technical Bulletin 21-05-96

This bulletin should only be performed after all repairs have been completed and applies to 1996 models WITHOUT  the following TCM part numbers:

A new TCM calibration has been released for vehicles built starting in mid-February 1996. Calibration must be flash programmed by authorized Chrysler dealer.

The new calibration will reduce the tendency of transmission to go into limp-in mode for selected intermittent DTCs (15, 22, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 56, 57 and 58). The new calibration will also set a single DTC for every effected pressure switch circuit.
