Installation Procedure

    Install the front seat cushion cover and pad (1) as an assembly.

  2. Connect the electrical connectors and position the wiring harness.
  3. Connect the J-channel retainers.
  4. Install the front seat inboard and outboard seat back airbag chute retainers.

    Front Seat Back Ventilation Blower (2) - Install

  6. Seat the retaining tabs securing the front seat back ventilation blower (2) to the front seat back cushion vent fan mat.
    7. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  7. Front Seat Vent Fan Control Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  8. Connect the electrical connector.
  9. Position the rear of the front seat back cover to the original location.
    10. NOTE:
    • Hold both sides of the zipper straight down while zipping.
    • Using a slight side to side motion reduces zipping efforts.
  10. Using a suitable tool, slowly zip the left and right front seat back cover zippers.
  11. Engage the front seat back cover lower J-channel retainers.

    Video Display (2) - Install

  13. Front Seat Nut (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Quantity of electrical connectors will very from left side to right side.

    Connect the electrical connectors. (3) - Install

  15. Push the connector position assurance (CPA) (2) upwards to lock electrical connector (3).
  16. Secure the clip (1) to secure the wiring harness (4).

    Front Seat Back Upper Cover-Lower (2) - Install

  18. Front Seat Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Front Seat Back Opening Bezel (1) - Install

    Front Seat Head Restraint Guide Bezel (1) - Install [2x]

    Front Seat Inner Adjuster Front Finish Cover (2) - Install

  24. Front Seat Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the electrical connectors.

  26. Front Seat Cushion Outer Finish Cover (2) - Install
  27. Front Seat Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
